We have been living in rent for a while and unsure of exactly what was involved in buying a home. Paul was so informative and friendly that the procedure was easy. He guided us every step of the way. We love our home. When retirement time comes and we want to sell and move south, Paul will be the person we call to sell our home and help us with the move south.

I had the pleasure of first meeting Paul Lorenzetti in the early 1990s when I moved to Houston, Texas. Over approximately 10 years, I came to know Paul as an FBI Special Agent, father, businessman and friend. I experienced his insight, knowledge and ferocious work ethic in the local real estate market when my wife and I sold two homes with Paul's assistance. Our first home was a starter home that we attempted to sell during a steep downturn in the real estate market. After a few weeks of very little traffic, Paul suggested that we rent our home and revisit selling when the market rebounded. We were very skeptical at first about being landlords. Within one week, Paul presented us a rental contract for two years. This contract covered our monthly mortgage payment plus $100 profit. At the conclusion of this lease Paul was able to sell this home for an approximate gain of 30%.
Our second experience with Paul was during our relocation from Houston. Paul took care of all the relocation details. His knowledge of the relocation procedures in the sale saved us numerous headaches and netted us a nice profit on the sale. He not only closed the sale for us but was able to handle repairs after a mover inadvertantly stepped through the ceiling from the attic. This was invaluable inasmuch as my wife, two small children were en-route to our new home's location.
